Defy the effects of time, gravity, and excess weight.

The aging process, gravity, pregnancy or weight loss can all lead to smaller, sagging breasts with enlarged areolas. Along with changes to breast firmness and volume, the skin around the breasts may have stretch marks, or the nipples and areolas, no longer in the center of the breast, may be pointing downward.

To overcome these effects, Crystal Clinic Plastic Surgeons perform a breast lift, also known as mastopexy, to reshape, lift and firm the breasts, and reposition the areolas and nipples. Our surgeons are skilled in the full range of breast lift techniques, each based on individual needs and desired results. To enhance breast size, saline or silicone implants may be placed at the same time. If the breasts are large and sagging, our surgeons may perform a minimal-scar breast reduction/lift, also known as a vertical mammaplasty. This procedure combines a breast reduction with a lift to create higher, firmer, younger-looking breasts that are less likely to sag over time. Liposuction is also commonly used to help reshape the breasts by removing excess fat under the arms and around the bottom breast crease. A breast lift alone, or combined with other breast enhancement procedures, will create a more youthful bustline while increasing self-confidence.

Like all breast enhancement procedures, a breast lift is a highly personal decision and may be recommended for a woman who is unhappy with the appearance of her breasts, nipples and areolas. The best way to know if a breast lift is right for you is to sit down with your Crystal Clinic Plastic Surgeons specialist for a personal consultation. Together, you will discuss your condition, your desired results, the details of the procedure and post-procedure expectations, financial options, and any concerns or questions you may have.

The first step is to schedule an appointment. Please be assured that scheduling an initial consultation with your Crystal Clinic Plastic Surgeons expert will not obligate you to move forward with any procedure.
